Do I get CEUs if I drop out of the course?

CEUs will be accredited to you based on per module completed upon passing the qualifying assessment for each module.

What certification do I receive upon completion of the course?

Upon completion of the entire course, you will receive a certification of completion from The Musselman Institute (TMI) for Leadership Insight & Marriage Therapy.

Will this certification make me an executive coach?

This course is designed for clinicians by a clinician.  You will be qualified to incorporate executive coaching techniques into your practice, and, if you elect, to launch your own executive coaching business. There are no formal governing bodies for executive coaching; there are, however, executive coaching certificate programs.  These programs, however, are not designed for the level of education and regulation for clinicians.  TMI is currently exploring a dual accreditation with the leading executive coaching certificate program.

May I get my money back if I drop out of the program?

There are no reimbursements for the program, with rare exceptions due to medical or family leave at the discretion of the program director. You have the opportunity to try the first module without enrolling in the entire credentialing program before committing to the entire certificate program.

Is TMI an accrediting body?

The Musselman Institute (TMI) is its own entity and not associated with any other school or program.  The Executive Coaching as a Clinical Intervention in Psychotherapy is a rigorous program for clinicians wanting to expand their skill set and practice to include organizations and executives.

Dr. Jen Musselman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Executive Coach with a Masters in Clinical Psychology (Pepperdine) and Doctorate (USC) in Organizational Change and Leadership.
