Dr. Jen Musselman’s own background as an executive in consumer technology, healthcare, & entertainment drove her to understand the psychology of how leaders can impact the health and success of their teams and businesses. Her unique speciality in working with entrepreneurs, family businesses and marriage therapy was born from her client base and drove her research to discover best practices for adapting and overcoming the challenges when money and marriage are at stake.

TMI’s mission is to raise consciousness and connection through psychology, leadership and relationships. The founder, Dr. Jennifer Musselman, is a clinical psychotherapist, researcher and supervisor. Psychological and Ecological systems models underpin TMI’s executive coaching arm with co-founders and CEOS for change management. The psychotherapy practice assesses individuals and couples for trauma, develops insight and healthy coping mechanisms to address compulsions, intrusive thoughts and relational patterns impairing their lives.
